Manufacturing Manager(Server/Electronics)

Location:
Whitsett, NC 27377

Shift: 2nd Shift - (Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)

Pay rate: $50/hr on W2.

Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead high-volume server/electronics manufacturing operations.
• The ideal candidate will oversee production, lead large teams, drive Lean/process improvements, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years leading supervisors and production teams
• Experience in high-volume electronics, server, PC, or technology manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SAP/ERP/MES/WMS is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills
