Digital Marketing, Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic, hands‑on marketing leader who thrives in mission‑driven, fast‑growing environments? We’re partnering with an education‑focused organization that is expanding nationwide and looking for a Director of Marketing who can both set the vision and execute the work.
This is an opportunity for a builder—someone who is excited to create marketing programs from the ground up, test and refine approaches, drive brand visibility, and ultimately scale a high‑impact function that supports educators and improves student outcomes.
Candidates must have a background in EdTech, K-12 and ideally literacy for consideration.
- Build and manage the organization’s marketing program end‑to‑end, including messaging, brand development, and demand generation.
- Partner closely with Sales to drive qualified leads, strengthen pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Own and evolve the brand across website, campaigns, digital channels, events, and sales collateral.
- Execute multi‑channel marketing initiatives—including digital, email, social, content, and account‑based campaigns.
- Lead conference and event strategy from planning through follow‑up.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot) for lead nurturing, reporting, and performance insights.
- Create sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and value‑driven content.
- Track performance, experiment with new ideas, and refine tactics based on data.
- Manage relationships with external contractors across PR, content, design, and operations.
- Build and lead a marketing team as the organization continues to grow.
- 10+ years of marketing experience must have K-12 or educational technology experience.
- Proven success building and scaling marketing programs from the ground up. Comfortable working in a small and growing team.
- Strong background in demand generation, brand positioning, and data‑driven decision making.
- Hands‑on experience executing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
- Experience with marketing automation tools-Hub Spot is a must.
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environments where ownership and collaboration are essential.
- Passion for education, learning, and supporting solutions that make an impact.
- Builder mindset—motivated by testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Leadership experience with the potential to grow and manage a team.
Compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, stock options, etc. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) which is open and flexible.
