Overview
A healthcare organization in Burlington, North Carolina is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a contract primary care role
. This position focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits for patients ages 2 and up in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
This role is ideal for an independent FNP who is comfortable managing a full primary care panel and values consistent scheduling with competitive hourly pay.
What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric and adult patients
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
- Evaluate and treat acute conditions
- Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
- Document care accurately in EMR
- 1–3 years primary care or family medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing patients ages 2+
