Job Description

• Sign on bonus of $5,000.00 for qualified, full-time candidates

Job Summary: A staff nurse is responsible for implementing the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the Office Manager. The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care and trains new clinical employees in office protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or a recognized Compact License.
• Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Ability to serve as a professional role model.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care, understand growth and development, assess patient data, and interpret information to meet patients' needs.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
