Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN | All Shifts Available

Available
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 8-hour shifts available
- Every other weekend required

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting clinical operations and ensuring high standards of care. This role is essential in promoting resident well-being and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
- Notify physicians and leadership of any changes in condition
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to quality care
