The Greens at Cabarrus is currently seeking compassionate and dependable LPNs and RNs to join our night shift team in a part-time role.

Position Details- Part-Time
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 8-hour shifts

As an LPN or RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care during overnight hours while supporting the overall clinical operations of the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents
- Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
