Position: Registered Nurse (RNI) AH Cabarrus - Med Surg-Family Medicine - FT Nights

Position Overview

Registered Nurse – Med Surg – Family Medicine – FT Nights.

Shift: Night shift with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.

Hours:

36 per week. Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 (sign‑on bonus eligible).

Work location:

51‑bed medical/surgical telemetry unit that serves heart‑failure patients and the hospital‑based family medicine residency program at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

Expectations & Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and deliver the best patient experience across the continuum.
Location

Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457‑bed tertiary‑care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. It is a designated Level III Trauma Center and offers a wide range of specialty medical care.
