Age‑Friendly Unit – a 28‑bed unit focused on geriatric care, using the 4

Ms framework (What Matters, Mentation, Medication, Mobility) to guide patient care. Team includes Exercise Physiologists, Geriatric Pharmacists, Geriatric APPs, and Gerontologists.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care that follows established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
