Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour

The Mother‑Baby Unit is a 27‑bed, couplet care unit dedicated to family‑centered care for parents and newborns. The team focuses on breastfeeding support, education, and post‑discharge resources, with a strong commitment to patient experience, quality outcomes, and teamwork.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
