Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30

Where you will work Our 14‑bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit provides the highest level of care for critically ill patients following complex cardiovascular surgeries and those with severe cardiac conditions requiring advanced hemodynamic support. The CVICU team collaborates with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care and achieve exceptional outcomes.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Experience or comfort with vasoactive medications, mechanical circulatory support devices, and ventilator therapy is preferred.
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills and ability to communicate effectively.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in clinical governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
