• Deliver patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document care thoroughly in the EHR system
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
• Uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
• Support a culture of diversity, respect, and compassionate care
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives
• Patient assessment
• Care planning and coordination
• Medication administration
• IV therapy
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation
• Wound care
• Patient and family education
• Infection control procedures
• Vital signs monitoring and interpretation
• Clinical decision-making

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS certification
• ACLS preferred
• BSN preferred
• Clinical experience in acute care settings
