BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC Medicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best‑in‑class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties.

• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Mecklenburg, Union and other surrounding areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in‑services for field staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN is required.
• 1+ years of Home Health required.
• Oasis highly preferred.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub‑acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
