ICU Nurse Manager

We’re partnering with a top-ranked, nonprofit health system in North Carolina to identify an ICU Nurse Manager to lead a 19-bed critical care unit and a strong, established team.

• Base salary:
  Up to $140K (based on experience)
• Bonus up to 10% tied to hospital performance (historically strong payouts)
• Relocation assistance up to $10K

• Lead day-to-day ICU operations
• Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
• Develop and mentor nursing staff and emerging leaders
• Partner closely with physicians and executive leadership

• RN State of North Carolina
• BSN required (MSN preferred)
• 3+ years leadership experience
• ICU background required
• Strong communicator with a team-first leadership style
