Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cabarrus Operating Room, Concord, NC. Full‑time position, 36 hours per week.

• Hours:
  
  36 hours per week, night shift 5 p.m. – 5 a.m. with call.
• Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus available for qualified candidates who have not received a sign‑on bonus in the last 24 months.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to create a safe patient environment and positive patient experience.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous operating room experience preferred.

• Fast‑paced, collaborative operating room serving diverse specialties including orthopedics, robotics, cardiovascular, pediatrics, neuro, spine, plastics, and general surgery.
• Robust case mix with exposure to complex procedures and advanced technologies such as Da Vinci robotics.
