Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, support families, and ensure safe, high‑quality care.

• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (in‑person only).
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.

LPN Pay Rate (per hour): $28 - $32 USD

RN Pay Rate (per hour): $29 - $33 USD
