Description:
Licensed for 457 beds. Level 3 Trauma Center. Stroke Center of Excellence. Bariatric Center of Excellence. Chest Pain Center. Department consists of 19 OR suites. Average of 50 cases per day. Surgery specialties include trauma, orthopedic trauma, orthopedic total joints, spine, hearts, MI vascular, GYN, GYN-Oncology, robotics, general surgery, HPB, bariatrics, urology, ENT, eyes, pain management, and plastics. Experience in circulating cases is required.
Charge RN experience and scrubbing proficiency are required. Familiarity with laparoscopic and open abdominal cases is preferred. Must be flexible, self-driven, and a motivated team player. Weekend rotation is required. Call coverage average of 6 shifts per 6-week schedule with a 45-minute response time. Holidays must be worked 75% of the time. RTO is subject to manager approval.
