Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour
Work LocationThe Mother Baby Unit is a 27‑bed couplet care unit. The nursing team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, family‑centered care for parents and newborns. We support families through one of life’s most meaningful journeys by focusing on breastfeeding support, education, and after discharge resources. The nursing team has a strong commitment to patient experience, quality outcomes, and teamwork, and we encourage professional growth through certification and clinical ladder opportunities.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
