• 100% outpatient
• Collaborative environment with 1 physician and 2 experienced APPs
• 3 or 4-day work week schedule
• 15-18 daily patient volume
• Epic EMR system
• Ability to perform EMGs and EEGs
• Minimal phone call coverage

• Competitive base salary
• Productivity bonuses equally up to 25% of base salary
