Charge Registered Nurse

Frye Regional Medical Center seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to lead nursing care in a fast-paced acute care unit. In this role, you'll coordinate staffing and patient assignments, oversee clinical workflow, and ensure safe, high-quality care for a diverse patient population. You will provide direct bedside care, mentor and support nursing staff, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. • Lead and coordinate daily nursing operations on an acute care unit
• Assign staff, manage patient flow, and support safe staffing levels
• Provide direct patient care, assessment, and treatment interventions
• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Support orientation and ongoing development of team members
