- 3,000+ annual deliveries with approximately 225 NICU admissions
- Exposure to a wide range of cases-from routine newborn care to complex, high-acuity cases
- Lead neonatal resuscitations and stabilization efforts
- Manage critically ill neonates with confidence
- Coordinate transports to and from regional nurseries
- Practice independently while covering the newborn service
- Work alongside a dedicated team including:
- Neonatologists
- OB hospitalists
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists
- Staffing model ensures 1 Neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift
