Lilly is seeking a Site Quality Leader to oversee the Quality Management System at our Concord, North Carolina site. You will ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and lead a team responsible for quality oversight of parenteral manufacturing and packaging operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in quality oversight, and be able to influence strategic direction. You will be responsible for quality objectives, ensure audit readiness, and develop the personnel within the quality team.
Compensation ranges from $172,500 to $253,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
