• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and support team members to ensure high‑quality service
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
• Lead by example with a hands‑on approach and positive attitude

• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick‑service preferred)
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serv Safe certification is a plus but not required
