We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
• Familiarity with retail math and sales techniques
• Understanding of brewing processes and beer styles is a plus
• Strong math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
• Experience in catering or event bartending is beneficial
• Proficiency in using Revel POS or similar point-of-sale systems
