Greet guests and seat them with a smile;
Set up the bar, including pour and glassware stations prior to opening and restock beverages as needed;

Check back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills and clear items from the table;
Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner while thanking guests and inviting them to return
