Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your primary focus, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Passion for brand standards:
  Become a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master the stockroom:
  Keep the stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovate:
  Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it.
• Teamwork:
  Always prepare to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock-related tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity and safety:
  Prioritize safety standards both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
