Meat​/Produce Team Supervisor

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

We’re looking for a fresh food or grocery associate who will make important decisions about the quality of fruit and vegetables our customers eat and feed to their families.

• Work in the deli and provide front‑line customer service.
• Work in the bakery and help customers celebrate special moments by preparing and decorating cakes.
• Work in the dry grocery department and help customers find the items they are looking for.

All fresh‑food or grocery areas have common responsibilities: detailed cleaning of shelves and department, checking and maintaining temperature control, verifying dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.

PTO and/or PPTO can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment and will meet or exceed paid‑sick‑leave laws where applicable.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
