SummaryDeliver a customer centric shopping experience by managing front‑end operations and ensuring exceptional service and store performance.
Responsibilities- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
- Ensure all front‑end policies and procedures are followed; achieve KPIs and manage the team to meet role KPIs.
- Plan and lead execution of in‑store events and class programs.
- Lead the omnichannel processes.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members.
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in performance management; support talent development.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interact with others acceptingly and respectfully; remain positive and uphold company vision and values; project a positive image and act as a role model.
- Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking; ensure standards are met within budget.
- Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
- In stores without a framing manager, lead delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions, plan and manage backlog in partnership with the Store Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience- Retail management experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves via ladder or similar equipment.
- Provide reasonable accommodations if needed.
- Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled.
- Occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
- Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
