Position Summary

Sam’s Club #4797 is located at 2421 Supercenter Dr Ne, Kannapolis, NC . The Store is seeking a full‑time Produce Associate who will help members experience our high quality fruits and vegetables at low cost. The role involves making key decisions on produce quality, ensuring cleanliness and freshness, and delivering exceptional customer service in the front lines.

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking, and helping members throughout the club.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
• Keep the produce area clean, neat, and ready for members.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to prevent under‑stock or over‑stock situations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business needs and occasionally work in other areas.
• Prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and company policies related to produce quality.
• Leverage digital tools for immediate business decisions and improve the shopping experience.
• Use inventory management techniques to stock, rotate, and control product quality.
• Exhibit energy, commitment, and passion as a brand ambassador for the department.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics, and the open door policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using available resources, collaborating with managers and peers, and recommending improvements.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
