Position Summary
This role focuses on forecasting and budgeting revenue and pharmacy scripts for the store. Store budgets are a critical tool used by the leadership team to manage the financial and operational performance of the business. The individual will identify improvement opportunities and partner cross‑functionally with business partners throughout the company. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate eager to learn the FP&A Retail Store process and gain experience presenting to leadership.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Forecasting and budgeting revenue and pharmacy scripts at store level.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to analyze financial data.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and recommending actions.
- Preparing presentations for leadership.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- 2+ years of budgeting and analysis experience, preferably in a retail organization.
- 2+ years in a role supporting multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously, while ensuring flexibility to meet deadlines and support team goals.
- Clear understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts.
- Excellent PC skills including BI, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- 4+ years of related financial budgeting experience, preferably in a retail organization.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- SAP / Essbase experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., predictive modeling, automation, or advanced analytics).
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Anticipated Weekly Hours40 hours.
Time TypeFull time.
Pay RangeUSD $46,988.00 – $ per year (base salary). Salary offers vary based on experience, education, geography and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
