Job Description

Stone Master Inc. is a specialty contractor based in Concord, NC. We manufacture and install top‑tier manufactured stone veneer for residential and commercial construction projects — single‑family homes, multi‑family, hotels, senior living communities — across NC, SC, TN, and GA.

We’re a growing company with a solid reputation and long‑term clients. Now we’re looking to bring on a Sales Rep who knows how to win business in the construction world.

If you’ve had success selling to general contractors or developers — especially in commercial exteriors, stone, masonry, or related materials — we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Owning relationships with GCs, developers, and other decision‑makers on large commercial jobs.
  • Finding new projects and clients — and bringing them in.
  • Responding to bid requests and tracking leads through platforms like Blue Book, Plan Hub or Construct Connect.
  • Working closely with our estimating and ops teams to move jobs from handshake to handoff.
  • Representing Stone Master at site visits, walk‑throughs, and industry events.
  • Keeping your sales pipeline organized, active, and producing.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Someone with proven sales results in the construction or building materials industry — ideally with experience selling to GCs or on multi‑family, hospitality, or senior living projects.
  • You’ve sold stone, siding, masonry, or other specialty building products and know how to speak the language of contractors.
  • A motivated self‑starter who can work independently but thrives on hitting goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, lead services, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and open to regional travel (mostly day trips with some overnights).
