What You’ll Do- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding our business with new and existing customers.
- Deliver top‑notch service at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
- Ensure safety and efficiency by adhering to all safety guidelines, inspecting your vehicle and equipment, and aligning work orders to minimize travel time.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Strong communicator with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
- Route sales experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
- Lift materials weighing up to 80 lbs regularly.
- Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding 400 lbs.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screening.
