Position:Regional Sales Executive – Dental Implants (Carolinas)
Location: North & South Carolina (flexible territory)
Package: Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Travel + Laptop, Phone, Tablet + Pension

The RoleThis is a key field sales position focused on increasing market share in a dynamic territory. You will introduce advanced, clinically credible solutions to private practices, surgical centres, and group networks, while managing existing accounts and cultivating long-term relationships.
You will have full autonomy over your region — operating as a true territory owner, not just a representative. You’ll be equipped and empowered to approach the market your way, supported by excellent leadership and trusted products.
Candidate Requirements- 3–5+ years of field sales experience in dental, surgical, or medical devices
- Strong implant industry knowledge preferred (Straumann, Neodent, Bio Horizons, etc.)
- A commercial “builder” mindset — eager for new challenges
- Excellent rapport-building skills with clinicians and practice owners
- A strategic approach to territory growth
- Ideally based in North Carolina, with flexibility to cover South Carolina
