• At least a high school graduate (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG field sales experience
• Strong knowledge of budget management and current market dynamics
• Proficient in merchandising processes and in-store applications
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive

• Experience with reporting tools, especially MS Excel
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and possess strong planning skills
• Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
