Put Teamtailor on the map. You will be joining our Spanish sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership in Spain, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like Freshly Cosmetics, SACYR, Nude Project, VICIO, Multiópticas.
Also, you would help expanding the company to the Southern Cone, Lat Am (Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil are handled by our Colombian brothers-in-arms).

personality and passion come before education and experience. You’ll always be supported and looked after by your Teamtailor family, but you will also have a lot of responsibility for your own work, meaning that working independently isn’t something you mind.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who ideally:
- has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sign.
- is comfortable contacting anyone and booking a meeting over the phone or by email.
- can keep high activity & has the drive to always exceed expectations.
- has HR experience (working directly in HR or selling HR-related products).
- is fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
If there is a match from the get-go, things can move really fast. The process usually includes these steps:
Joao (Talent Acquisition Manager), Ali (LATAM Sales Manager), Carlos (Regional Manager), Julia (Marketing Manager Spain & LATAM), Vicky (Partnerships Manager Spain), Lu (Senior AE), or others! – 45 minutes.
You will be part of our team based in Madrid, Barcelona, and San Sebastián, and we expect your help building the Spanish team. We are looking forward to learning more about you and getting to know you better.
