Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)
Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K – Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location:
Hybrid work schedule in Charlotte NC
As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
What You'll Do- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- No cold calling – all appointments are pre-qualified by our call center
- Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
