Job Overview
The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's products and services to small businesses. This hunter role requires meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts in underserved markets, leveraging prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.
Job Responsibilities- Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
- Sell and recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories, based on customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Develop prospecting and relationship management skills through product training and sales meetings.
- Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
- Outside B2B sales experience (preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Task management ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking
- Customer service experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 - $129,500 inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $43,020 - $77,700
