Calling All CDMO Business Development Professionals!
I'm currently partnering with an innovative CDMO to recruit a Director of Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of delivering growth and building lasting client relationships within the CDMO industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the company's commercial and business development strategy.
- Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of business development experience within the CDMO sector (10+ years is highly desirable).
- Proven success in generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.
