Summary

This role helps IMPAXX gain and improve market presence across Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia by achieving revenue targets through on‑site client services, training, and file pick‑ups to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all assigned and potential accounts.
  • Work independently to stay current with Medicare Secondary Payer statutes, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
  • Communicate technical statutes and compliance requirements effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and distribute promotional materials.
  • Secure upper‑level management meetings for sales executives as appropriate.
  • Travel extensively to meet prospects and existing customers, deliver educational presentations, exhibit at industry events, and attend professional association meetings.
  • Provide referral pick‑up and copy services while delivering overall customer service to deepen existing accounts.
  • Act as liaison between client front‑level staff and the internal Referral department.
  • Achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications – Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation or Liability industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional face‑to‑face and telephone demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel routinely and maintain acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and insurance coverage.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) statutes or related certificates/licenses.
