Sales Team Lead

Home Front Solutions is hiring an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and develop a field team of 4 to 6 representatives. This is a player-coach role where you will run morning meetings, ride along with new reps to provide in-field training, hold the team accountable to weekly install targets, and continue closing your own personal sales pipeline. Compensation is structured as personal commission plus an override on every install your team closes.

Top Team Leads at Home Front consistently earn $200,000 or more annually.

• Lead and develop a team of 4 to 6 field sales representatives day to day
• Run morning team meetings and end-of-day performance debriefs
• Conduct in-field ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching with new reps
• Hold the team accountable to daily activity and weekly install targets
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close your own deals
• Report team performance metrics to ownership weekly
• Identify and develop high-potential reps for promotion
• Coordinate with operations on territory assignments and coverage
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions

• Minimum 12 months of door-to-door sales experience (telecom or home services preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of personally hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales reps
• Strong communication, accountability, and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willing to be in the field with the team daily (this is not a desk role)
• Authorization to work in the United States
