Job Description
We are seeking a Reservations And Sales Manager to join our team! This role represents an opportunity to take on a leadership role in an established and growing small business in the local area. You will serve as the first point of contact for recurring as well as first-time clients and will guide them through the reservations process, from quoting the service to the contract phase, and through the completion of the event.
Our planned start date for this position is June 1, 2026.
Responsibilities:- Respond to pricing inquiries from new and existing customers
- Issue and follow up on service contracts
- Maintain company social media accounts with regular posts
- Draft staff agendas to ensure the event is completed to our performance standards
- Generate service contracts and invoices for clients when they book service
- Serve as on-site supervisor/coordinator for large events and assist dispatch in the office to ensure service delivery meets the promises made in the reservations process
- Prospect and contact potential customers as well as maintaining relationships with the existing client base
- Process customer payments and refunds as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent our service and fleet options to the public and inquirers
- Hire and train event supervision staff
- Requires some travel for conference attendance and continuing education
- Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in sales (in the hospitality industry is a plus)
- Managerial and supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrable strength with mathematics to the extent required to provide accurate service estimates and quotes
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our fleet and service offerings
- Willingness and ability to take ownership of the reservations role and function largely independently once training has taken place
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Quickbooks online is a plus, but not essential
- Scores on a few technical aptitude tests may be requested and taken into account in the hiring process
- Foreign language skills are a plus (Spanish in particular)

Base pay is budgeted between $60,000 and $68,000 annually, pay will be hourly
Base pay does not include bonuses, which are subject to performance metrics and company profits, but are expected to total at least $3000-$5000 in the first year, with the possibility of substantial increases in the second year (we can explain the bonus structure in more detail during the interview process)
There is an opportunity with this position to be placed on our company officer track. Promotion to a company officer position comes with a substantial bonus increase and is based on performance reviews.
