Responsibilities:

• Staying up to date on new product launches, brand guidelines, and industry trends.
• Building rapport and trust with potential customers to encourage repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.
• Communicating customer complaints, preferences, and product feedback to store management to improve the shopping experience
• Suggesting complementary items or promoting ongoing promotions and loyalty programs to increase sales.
