An innovative specialty biopharmaceutical organization focused on neurology is expanding its commercial team ahead of an exciting product launch.
They are seeking entrepreneurial, results-driven sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized by the opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and improve outcomes for patients living with neurological conditions.
What you'll do:- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive product adoption and exceed performance objectives
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with neurologists, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and key stakeholders across your territory
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence through thoughtful account planning and customer engagement
- Navigate complex healthcare systems, including payer and reimbursement landscapes, to support patient access
- Utilize data, insights, and strong business acumen to optimize territory performance
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and operate with the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales success within specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostic sales
- 5+ years of documented sales success with a consistent history of achieving or exceeding goals
- Neurology or epilepsy experience preferred, but high-performing candidates from other specialty markets will be considered
- Experience working within specialty pharmacy, HUB services, or product launch environments is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated individuals who embrace accountability, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset
