Dry Zone is looking for a driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners throughout the Delmarva Peninsula and help them solve problems with their homes.

No cold calling. No door knocking.

Our Appointment Center schedules appointments with homeowners who have already contacted Dry Zone for help. You focus on inspecting the problem, presenting the right solution, and closing the sale.

If you have experience in in-home sales, home improvement sales, outside sales, HVAC, roofing, windows, remodeling, automotive, real estate, insurance, or other high-ticket sales, we want to talk with you. We’re also willing to train the right person with the drive and communication skills to succeed.

Dry Zone has been helping homeowners across Delmarva for more than 20 years. Our marketing and Appointment Center generates and schedules homeowner appointments for our sales team.

You’ll help homeowners find solutions for crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete lifting and leveling.

• Run scheduled in-home appointments throughout the Delmarva Peninsula
• Perform thorough inspections and identify the cause of homeowner concerns
• Take measurements, photos, and document your findings
• Educate homeowners and present customized solutions
• Present pricing and available financing options
• Ask for the sale and close business in the home
• Follow up on open proposals and maintain accurate CRM notes

This is a consultative, in-home sales position. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions, educate the homeowner, and build trust is just as important as your ability to close.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales position. Because we meet with homeowners when they’re available, evening appointments and Saturdays are part of the role. You must also be comfortable traveling throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.

  Available for evening and Saturday appointments
• Comfortable traveling throughout Delmarva

Previous in-home sales, home improvement sales, outside sales, high-ticket sales, or commission sales experience is a plus.
