About Us

Hydro Smart Water Solutions was founded with a simple mission: to provide every family with access to clean, safe, great-tasting water. Born from recognizing persistent problems with city and well water quality across the Carolinas, we saw families struggling with hard water, contaminants, and water that simply didn’t taste right. What started as a small operation driven by a passion for water quality has grown into one of the most trusted water treatment providers in the region.

With over 25 years of industry experience and thousands of satisfied customers, we’ve built our reputation on technical expertise, premium American-made systems, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Home Depot authorized partner, we continue our mission to enhance water purity for a healthier, more sustainable future—one family at a time—delivering whole‑home treatment, water softening, and NSF‑certified PFAS removal solutions across North and South Carolina.
