Security Officer - Gate Access PT

Allied Universal - Up to $14.42/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at vehicle and pedestrian entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining required entry and exit logs.;
Screen inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments by confirming appointment details, checking driver documentation, and coordinating with site contacts for dock and yard access.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate site and/or Allied Universal contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, staging areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and identify irregular conditions for reporting.
