In this role, you will remain visible, communicate clearly, and contribute to a strong security-related presence while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Position Type:
Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location.
  • Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries entering the location, verify credentials and/or access permissions, and report irregularities in a calm, professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a problem-solving approach, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Monitor entry points, lobby traffic, and/or designated screening areas to help support compliance with client policies, visitor procedures, and other security-related requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to screening stations, access points, and areas of concern as directed by site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
