As a Security Officer Credential Desk in Concord, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage. Your responsibilities include managing access control, monitoring entry points, and supporting badge and alarm activities. This role combines visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service to help promote a secure environment.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, support restricted area access protocols, and document security-related concerns.
• Screen deliveries, vehicles, and contractors entering the location according to established procedures, and communicate issues, delays, or policy questions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, checkpoints, and the perimeter, noting maintenance concerns and security-related conditions.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and licensing requirements as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
