Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a retail location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and local authorities when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols.

Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol activity, and/or noteworthy observations in a timely and accurate manner.

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
