Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry, while reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site leadership
