Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a professional environment;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific requirements;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures
